The intent of the Memorandum is to provide a mechanism whereby the parties would perform an evaluation of manufacturer(s), service organization(s) or distributor(s) system and as a result a registration of their quality system according to the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and ISO 9003 and other comparable standards.
