This Agreement covers products provided mutually between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Poland subject to the requirements concerning environmental protection, human safety and property protection. The Parties shall endeavour to harmonize their product certification systems basing on international and European recommendations. Aiming at recognizing test reports of products provided mutually, Parties shall successively indicate each other testing laboratories without international accreditation system, entitled to issue test reports under the framework of this Agreement.
