7. Description of measures of the Agreement

The Polish safety mark can be granted for electronical products on the basis of VDE test reports on application by the manufacturer provided that the manufacturer presents a Notification of Test Results (CCA) or a CB Test Certificate for his products, as far as no additional tests are necessary according to the Polish legislation. PCBC recognizes VDE reports provided that Polish requirements on safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) are covered by DIN VDE Standards.
