7. Description of measures of the Agreement

This Agreement covers products provided mutually by the Byelorussian Republic and the Republic of Poland (except for food and agricultural products) manufactured on the territory of these countries and complying with the requirements included in the agreed standards and other technical documents. The Parties shall make efforts to realize the mutual recognition of testing laboratories, certification bodies, accredited in national accreditation systems, certificates and marks of conformity. Test reports issued by the testing laboratories mentioned in Annex 2 shall constitute the basis for issuing certificates by the certification bodies mentioned in that Annex. The testing laboratories should comply with the requirements of the Standard EN 45011 and the ISO/IEC Guide 25. The certification procedure should be carried out according to the ISO/IEC Guide 28.
