According to the Agreement, the products agreed by the Parties and manufactured on their territories shall not be imported or exported unless products have obtained the certificates or marks of conformity mutually recognized by the Parties. Regarding the implementation of the agreement, the Parties shall agree standards and other normative documents and procedures providing the basis for the accreditation of testing laboratories and product certification bodies. The Parties shall establish principles of the mutual audit of: accreditation bodies, testing laboratories, product certification bodies. The testing laboratories shall meet the requirements defined in the ISO/IEC Guide 25. The product certification bodies shall meet the requirements defined in the Standard EN 45011 and the certification procedure shall be implemented basing on the ISO/IEC Guide 28.
