6. Description of content

The MOPH Notification No. 293 (B.E. 2548 (2005)) regarding labelling under item 10(9) shall be repealed and replaced by this provision: "(9) the legible content of", "should take as a rational proportion of 5 groups food of sorts" and "Neither prevention nor healing effects" with bold letter content in colour in contrast to background frame. Permitted producers and importers of this product before the date of this provision shall comply this notification within one year.
Le point 10.9) de la notification du MOPH n° 293 de 2548 È.B. (2005) concernant l'étiquetage est supprimé et remplacé par la disposition suivante (traduction): 9) l'inscription lisible des mentions "À consommer rationnellement en proportion des cinq groupes d'aliments" et "Sans effet préventif ni curatif" en caractères gras d'une couleur contrastant avec l'arrière-plan. Les producteurs et importateurs agréés avant la date d'entrée en vigueur de cette disposition devront se conformer à cette notification dans un délai d'un an
En la Notificación Nº 293 [E. B. 2548 (2005)] se elimina el punto 10(9), relativo al etiquetado, y se reemplaza por la siguiente disposición: "9) figurarán en posición legible las aclaraciones "Se debe ingerir en proporción razonable con los cinco grupos de alimentos" y "No tiene efectos preventivos ni curativos", impresas en negrita, en un color contrastante con el fondo del recuadro en que se inserten." Los interesados que hayan recibido autorización para producir o importar los productos mencionados antes de la fecha de entrada en vigor de la disposición notificada dispondrán del plano de un año para ajustarse a ella.
