6. Description of content

This Final Draft Uganda Standard prescribes requirements for the materials, design and make of two types (internal and external) of the national flag of the Republic of Uganda.
Le projet final de norme ougandaise notifié porte sur le drapeau national de la République d'Ouganda et établit des exigences relatives aux matériaux, à la conception et à la fabrication de deux types de drapeaux (pour utilisation à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur des bâtiments).
El Proyecto definitivo de Norma de Uganda notificado establece las prescripciones para los materiales, el diseño y la confección de dos tipos (para uso nacional y exterior) de la bandera nacional de la República de Uganda.

7. Objective

To support the existing national legislation on the flag to ensure that the Uganda flag is fully standardized in terms of performance and quality of material leading to ease of production and interchangeability between different manufacturers/suppliers.
