Milk and milk products of HS 0401, 0402, 0403, 0404, 0405, 0406, 1901(finished products made from the raw materials of HS 0401 – 0404), 2105 (concerns an ice-cream, produced on the basis of milk and cream), 2106 (concerns the finished products made on the basis of milk fat)
Lait et produits laitiers relevant des positions du SH 0401, 0402, 0403, 0404, 0405, 0406 et 1901 (produits finis obtenus à partir des matières premières des positions 0401 à 0404 du SH), 2105 (crème glacée à base de lait et de crème) et 2106 (produits finis à base de matières grasses provenant du lait).

6. Description of content

This draft Technical Regulation defines the main requirements for milk products, for the production process and commerce, including relevant administrative provisions, which are mandatory. This draft Technical Regulation does not contain the SPS requirements to the safety of milk and milk products, but defines the characteristics of the product, terminology, marking, packing, labelling, conformity assessment procedures for milk and milk products

Le projet de règlement technique notifié définit les principales exigences intéressant les produits laitiers, leurs procédés de production et leur commerce, y compris les dispositions administratives pertinentes, qui sont obligatoires. Ce projet de règlement technique n'énonce pas d'exigences SPS en rapport avec l'innocuité du lait et des produits laitiers, mais définit les caractéristiques des produits ainsi que la terminologie, les règles de marquage, d'emballage et d'étiquetage et les procédures d'évaluation de la conformité applicables.

El proyecto de Reglamento técnico notificado establece las principales prescripciones de carácter obligatorio relativas a la producción y comercialización de productos lácteos, incluidas las disposiciones administrativas pertinentes. No contiene prescripciones sanitarias para garantizar la inocuidad de la leche y de los productos lácteos, sino que define las características, la terminología, el marcado, el envasado, el etiquetado y los procedimientos de evaluación de la conformidad para dichos productos.
