Ukraine would like to inform the WTO Members that the Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Technical Regulation for the energy labelling of vacuum cleaners" (G/TBT/N/UKR/108) was adopted on 31 May 2017 and will enter into force on 14 December 2017.

L'Ukraine informe les Membres de l'OMC que le projet de décision du Cabinet des Ministres de l'Ukraine portant approbation du règlement technique relatif à l'étiquetage énergétique des aspirateurs (G/TBT/N/UKR/108) a été adopté le 31 mai 2017 et qu'il entrera en vigueur le 14 décembre 2017.

Ucrania hace saber a los Miembros de la OMC que el proyecto de Resolución del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania, por la que se aprueba el reglamento técnico de etiquetado energético de las aspiradoras (notificado en el documento G/TBT/N/UKR/108) se adoptó el 31 de mayo de 2017 y entrará en vigor el 14 de diciembre de 2017.

The Technical Regulation for the energy labelling of vacuum cleaners, which corresponds Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 665/2013 of 3 May 2013 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 with regard to energy labelling of vacuum cleaners. This Draft of the Technical Regulation defines the requirements for submission of information to consumers on the level to energy efficiency of vacuum cleaners.
