Ukraine would like to inform the WTO Members that the Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Technical Regulation of simple pressure vessels" (G/TBT/N/UKR/111) was adopted on 28 December 2016 and will enter into force on 13 July 2017.

L'Ukraine informe les Membres de l'OMC que le projet de décision du Conseil des Ministres de l'Ukraine portant approbation du règlement technique sur les récipients à pression simples (G/TBT/N/UKR/111) a été adopté le 28 décembre 2016 et qu'il entrera en vigueur le 13 juillet 2017.

Ucrania hace saber a los Miembros de la OMC que el proyecto de Resolución del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania, por la que se aprueba el reglamento técnico sobre recipientes a presión simples (notificado en el documento G/TBT/N/UKR/111) se adoptó el 28 de diciembre de 2016 y entrará en vigor el 13 de julio de 2017.

6. Description of content

The Draft of the Technical Regulation provides the establishment of requirements for safety, designing, production, conformity assessment, labelling and putting into circulation of simple pressure vessels.

The requirements of this Technical Regulation does not apply to:
- vessels specifically designed for use in the field of nuclear technology, damage of which can lead to escape of radioactivity;
- vessels specifically designed for installation on water and aerial vehicles, or put them in motion;
- fire extinguishers.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Technical Regulation of simple pressure vessels" (Resolución del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania por la que se modifica el Reglamento Técnico sobre Recipientes a Presión Simples)

Ukraine notifies on the adoption of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2021 No 1006 "On Amendments to the Technical Regulation of simple pressure vessels". The amendments provide for clarification of terminology and setting certain requirements for the designated bodies.


Ucrania notifica la adopción de la Resolución N° 1006 del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania, de 22 de septiembre de 2021, por la que se modifica el Reglamento Técnico sobre Recipientes a Presión Simples. Mediante las modificaciones se aclara la terminología y se establecen determinados requisitos para los organismos designados.
