On approval of the Technical Regulation on appliances burning gaseous fuels


Ukraine would like to inform that the Draft of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of the Technical Regulation on appliances burning gaseous fuels" (G/TBT/N/UKR/119) was adopted on 4 July 2018 (Resolution № 814) and will enter into force on 6 April 2019.

L'Ukraine informe les Membres de l'OMC que le projet de Décision du Cabinet des Ministres de l'Ukraine portant approbation du Règlement technique relatif aux appareils brûlant des combustibles gazeux (G/TBT/N/UKR/119) a été adopté le 4 juillet 2018 (Décision n° 814) et qu'il entrera en vigueur le 6 avril 2019.

Ucrania hace saber que el Proyecto de Resolución del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania por la que se aprueba el reglamento técnico sobre aparatos que utilizan combustibles gaseosos (G/TBT/N/UKR/119) se adoptó el 4 de julio de 2018 (Resolución Nº 814) y entrará en vigor el 6 de abril de 2019.

6. Description of content

The Draft of Technical Regulation establishes the requirements,  rules for placing on the market and putting into service of appliances burning gaseous fuels and fittings as well as rules for carrying out the conformity assessment procedures.

Le projet de règlement technique notifié établit les exigences et les modalités de mise sur le marché et de mise en service des appareils brûlant des combustibles gazeux et des équipements connexes, ainsi que les règles régissant l'application des procédures d'évaluation de la conformité.
en el proyecto de reglamento técnico notificado se establecen requisitos y normas para poner en el mercado y poner en servicio aparatos de gas y sus accesorios, así como normas relativas a los procedimientos de evaluación de la conformidad.
