Identity and quality standards for “Minas” cheese

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply – MAPA, Brazil, following a period of public comments as notified on G/TBT/N/BRA/923, has published the Technical Regulation No. 66, 21 July 2020, in the Official Gazette No. 140 on 23 July 2020, to establish the identity and quality standards for “Minas” cheese.
