Identity and quality standards for cream cheese

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply – MAPA, Brazil, following a period of public comments as notified on G/TBT/N/BRA/922, has issued the Technical Regulation No. 71, 24 July 2020, published in the Official Gazette No. 144 on 29 July 2020, to establish the identity and quality standards for cream cheese. The notified measure enters into force on 1 September 2020.
