Ukraine informs that the Draft Order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine “On approval of the Technical regulation on the energy labelling of local space heaters” (G/TBT/N/UKR/171) was adopted on 22 October 2020 (Order No. 676), registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 17 December 2020 and will enter into force on 28 December 2021.

L'Ukraine annonce que le Projet de décret du Ministère de l'énergie de l'Ukraine portant approbation du Règlement technique sur l'étiquetage énergétique des appareils de chauffage individuels (G/TBT/N/UKR/171) a été adopté le 22 octobre 2020 (décret n° 676), qu'il a été enregistré par le Ministère de la justice le 17 décembre 2020 et qu'il entrera en vigueur le 28 décembre 2021.

Ucrania informa de que el Proyecto de Orden del Ministerio de Energía de Ucrania por la que se aprueba el Reglamento técnico sobre el etiquetado energético de los calefactores para habitaciones (G/TBT/N/UKR/171) se adoptó el 22 de octubre de 2020 (Orden Nº 676), se registró en el Ministerio de Justicia de Ucrania el 17 de diciembre de 2020 y entrará en vigor el 28 de diciembre de 2021.

L'étiquetage énergétique fournira aux consommateurs des informations sur le niveau de consommation d'autres produits énergétiques et d'autres ressources essentielles ainsi que des informations additionnelles, ce qui leur permettra de choisir les produits les plus efficaces du point de vue énergétique. Information des consommateurs; étiquetage.
El etiquetado energético proporcionará a los consumidores información sobre el nivel de consumo de energía de otros productos energéticos y otros recursos esenciales e información complementaria, lo que permitirá a los consumidores elegir los productos que tengan un mejor rendimiento energético; información al consumidor, etiquetado.

6. Description of content

The Draft of Technical Regulation establishes requirements for the energy labelling of, and the provision of supplementary product information on local space heaters with a nominal heat output of 50 kW or less.

Le projet de Règlement technique notifié établit les exigences applicables à l'étiquetage énergétique et à la fourniture d'informations supplémentaires sur les produits pour les appareils de chauffage individuels d'une consommation nominale n'excédant pas 50 kW.
El Proyecto de Reglamento Técnico notificado establece los requisitos de etiquetado energético y de provisión de información complementaria sobre el producto para los calefactores para habitaciones con una potencia calorífica nominal inferior o igual a 50 kW.

7. Objective

Energy labelling will provide consumers with information on the level of energy consumption of other energy products and other essential resources, as well as additional information, enabling consumers to choose the most energy efficient products.

L'étiquetage énergétique fournira aux consommateurs des informations sur le niveau de consommation d'autres produits énergétiques et d'autres ressources essentielles ainsi que des informations additionnelles, ce qui leur permettra de choisir les produits les plus efficaces du point de vue énergétique.
