Ukraine informs that the draft Order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine “On approval of the Technical Regulation on the energy labelling of residential ventilation units” (G/TBT/N/UKR/174) was adopted on 26 October 2020 (Order No. 684), registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 12 February 2021 and will enter into force on 26 August 2021.

L'Ukraine annonce que le Projet de décret du Ministère de l'énergie de l'Ukraine portant approbation du Règlement technique sur l'étiquetage énergétique des systèmes de ventilation résidentiels (G/TBT/N/UKR/174) a été adopté le 26 octobre 2020 (décret n° 684), qu'il a été enregistré par le Ministère de la justice le 12 février 2021 et qu'il entrera en vigueur le 26 août 2021. Ucrania informa de que el Proyecto de Orden del Ministerio de Energía de Ucrania por la que se aprueba el Reglamento Técnico sobre el etiquetado energético de los aparatos de ventilación para uso residencial (G/TBT/N/UKR/174) se adoptó el 26 de octubre de 2020 (Orden Nº 684), se registró en el Ministerio de Justicia de Ucrania el 12 de febrero de 2021 y entrará en vigor el 26 de agosto de 2021. L'étiquetage énergétique fournira aux consommateurs des informations sur le niveau de consommation d'autres produits énergétiques et d'autres ressources essentielles ainsi que des informations additionnelles, ce qui leur permettra de choisir les produits les plus efficaces du point de vue énergétique. Information des consommateurs; étiquetage.
El etiquetado energético proporcionará a los consumidores información sobre el nivel de consumo de energía de otros productos energéticos y otros recursos esenciales e información complementaria, lo que permitirá a los consumidores elegir los productos que tengan un mejor rendimiento energético; información al consumidor, etiquetado.

6. Description of content

The Draft of Technical Regulation establishes energy labelling requirements for residential ventilation units.

Le projet de règlement technique notifié établit les exigences en matière d'étiquetage énergétique applicables aux systèmes de ventilation résidentiels.
El Proyecto de Reglamento Técnico notificado establece los requisitos de etiquetado energético aplicables a los aparatos de ventilación para uso residencial.

7. Objective

Energy labelling will provide consumers with information on the level of energy consumption of other energy products and other essential resources, as well as additional information, enabling consumers to choose the most energy efficient products.

L'étiquetage énergétique fournira aux consommateurs des informations sur le niveau de consommation d'autres produits énergétiques et d'autres ressources essentielles ainsi que des informations additionnelles, ce qui leur permettra de choisir les produits les plus efficaces du point de vue énergétique. Information des consommateurs; étiquetage.
