The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 27 of 16 January 2019 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation for Pressure Equipment" (Resolución Nº 27 del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania, de 16 de enero de 2019, por la que se aprueba el Reglamento Técnico sobre Equipos a Presión)

Ukraine informs on development of the draft Resolution "On amendments to the Technical Regulation for Pressure Equipment" that provides for amendments to certain terms and definitions under the Technical Regulations for Pressure Equipment, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 27 of 16.01.2019, due to changes in national legislation.


The Draft Resolution will enter into force in 6 months from the date of its official publication.

L'Ukraine fait part de faits nouveaux concernant le projet de règlement portant modification du Règlement technique relatif aux équipements sous pression, qui apporte des modifications à certains termes et définitions figurant dans ledit règlement technique approuvé par la Décision du Cabinet des ministres de l'Ukraine n° 27 du 16 janvier 2019, et ce en raison de modifications apportées à la législation nationale.
Le projet de décision entrera en vigueur 6 mois après sa publication officielle.

Ucrania informa de las novedades relativas al Proyecto de Resolución por la que se modifica el Reglamento Técnico sobre Equipos a Presión, que prevé modificaciones de determinados términos y definiciones del Reglamento Técnico sobre Equipos a Presión, aprobado por la Resolución Nº 27 del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania, de 16 de enero de 2019, debido a modificaciones de la legislación nacional.
El Proyecto de Resolución entrará en vigor 6 meses después de la fecha de publicación oficial.

6. Description of content

The Technical regulation establishes the requirements for the design, manufacture and conformity assessment procedure of pressure equipment and aggregates with a maximum working pressure (PS) of more than 0.5 bar.


The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine also specifies that placing on the market and/or putting in operation of the pressure equipment which comply with requirements of the Technical Regulation for Pressure Equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 35 of 19 January 2011, and which had been put in circulation before this Resolution entered into force, can not be prohibited or restricted due to reasons of non-compliance of such equipment with the requirements of the Technical Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 27 of 16 January 2019

El Reglamento Técnico notificado establece requisitos de diseño y fabricación y procedimientos de evaluación de la conformidad de los equipos y dispositivos a presión con una presión máximo de trabajo superior a 0,5 bar.
La Resolución del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania establece también que la comercialización y la puesta en funcionamiento de los equipos a presión que son conformes al Reglamento Técnico sobre equipos a presión, aprobado por la Resolución N° 35 del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania, de 19 de enero de 2011, y que se habían puesto en circulación antes de la entrada en vigor de la Resolución notificada, no se puede prohibir ni restringir porque los equipos no cumplan los requisitos establecidos en el Reglamento Técnico aprobado en la Resolución N° 27 del Consejo de Ministros de Ucrania, de 16 de enero de 2019.
