(i) Cellular mobile telephone handsets that are capable of operating in either or both of the frequency bands 825-845 MHz and 890-915 MHz that were first offered for sale in Australia after 31 January 1999;
(ii) cellular mobile telephone base stations that are capable of operating in either or both of the frequency bands 870-890 MHz and 935-960 MHz and of communicating with a cellular mobile telephone;
(iii) cordless telephone cradles and handsets that are capable of operating in either or both of the frequency bands 857-865 MHz and 1880-1900 MHz and were first offered for sale in Australia after 31 January 1999.
