Accessibility: a security firm should be accessible at all times to ensure that clients have voice contact with a representative within 15 minutes of the call at most and that, in the event of an urgent call, action to resolve the problem gets under way within eight hours. Protected isolated depository room: all security firms should have at least one isolated depository room which, when not manned, should at least be protected by an activated alarm system connected to the alarm centre of an alarm monitoring company authorized to operate such a centre under Article 1, Sections 1 and 4, of the Law of 10 April 1990. All client files and other confidential information on the security equipment used and plans of the alarm systems and alarm centres installed by the firm should be kept in this protected room

Security systems: technological systems which continually monitor the secure transport of valuables and are able to detect abnormal situations and, where necessary, neutralize the valuables or make them unusable. It should be noted that the actual technical standards that must be met by security systems do not appear in this Royal Decree, but in the draft Ministerial Decree on standards for approving systems for the secure transport of valuables and in the technical note attached as an annex to this regulation, already notified to the European Commission (Notification 2000/643/B). Secure space: a space in a building in which the valuables can be placed within or taken from a container in a secure manner. Secure zone: a zone in a building to which a vehicle transporting valuables has access and in which the loading and/or unloading can be securely carried out. The standards to be met by the secure space/secure zone are to be found in Article 2, paragraph 2, fourth subparagraph, and paragraph 3 of this draft
