Un organisme compétent d'évaluation doit vérifier tous les jouets qui n'ont pas été fabriqués en conformité avec les normes CEN afin d'établir qu'ils satisfont aux règles de sécurité qui leur sont applicables.
Todos los juguetes que no hayan sido fabricados de conformidad con las normas del CEN (Comité Europeo de Normalización) deberán ser controlados por un órgano de evaluación competente para garantizar que cumplen las normas de seguridad pertinentes.
