We would like to inform you that products covered by this regulation is considered to be high risk urgent for our market.
Since the Kingdom does not have a special legislation for this scope, as the competent authority requests such a technical regulation to protect consumer from the Hazard Substances, the Kingdom believes that it is necessary to adopt it as an urgent regulation on 07/01/2021.

Il est à noter que les produits couverts par le règlement notifié sont considérés comme présentant un risque élevé pour le marché national.
Étant donné qu'il n'existe pas de législation spéciale dans ce domaine au Royaume, raison pour laquelle l'autorité compétente demande l'adoption de ce règlement technique afin de protéger le consommateur contre les substances dangereuses, le Royaume estime nécessaire d'adopter le règlement d'urgence le 7 janvier 2021.

Se comunica que los productos abarcados por el Reglamento notificado se consideran de alto riesgo para el mercado nacional.
Dada la falta de una legislación especial en ese ámbito en el Reino, por lo cual la autoridad competente solicita la adopción de dicho Reglamento Técnico a fin de proteger al consumidor de las sustancias peligrosas, el Reino considera necesario adoptarlo con carácter urgente el 7 de enero de 2021.
