Arrêté ministériel interdisant les yoyos élastiques (yo yo water balls, tape balls et yo yo balls) et les produits similaires constitués d'une boule (ou autre forme) compressible en matière synthétique molle, remplie d'un liquide, reliée à un cordon élastique et présentant une capacité d'étirement excessive
En el Reglamento se establece la prohibición de venta al consumidor de yoyós de agua, tape balls, yoyós comunes y productos similares, incluidas las pelotas blandas rellenas con líquidos sintéticos o juguetes de otras formas unidos a una cuerda elástica que pueda alcanzar una extensión excesiva.

This addendum aims at informing that the Ordinance 489, 4 November 2014, published in the Official Journal Nº 215, 6 November 2014, proposing the criteria to procedures to assess the conformity to comply with the Conformity Assessment Program for Toys, focusing on safety, revokes Inmetro Ordinance 133, 15 August 2003, from 6 November 2018.
