Agreement on Mutual Recognition in Relation to Conformity Assessment, Certificates and Markings between Australia and the European Community

Automotive products; electromagnetic compatibility; medical devices; pharmaceuticals (Good Manufacturing Practice); telecommunications terminal equipment; low voltage electrical equipment; machinery; and pressure equipment originating in the countries of the Parties to the Agreement.

Conformity Assessment

The Parties will mutually recognize the results of conformity assessment activities required for market access to the territory of the Parties for the following regulated product areas: automotive products: electromagnetic compatibility; medical devices; pharmaceuticals (Good Manufacturing Practice); telecommunications terminal equipment; low voltage electrical equipment; machinery; and pressure equipment.
