Order ¹ 426 “On amendments to the List of products which are subject to compulsory certification in Ukraine”, (The List is approved by the Order of DSSU # 28 as of 1 February 2005) notified in G/TBT/N/UKR/42 (dated 15 December 2009) was adopted 22 September 2010. ;
This Order is legally in effect from the date of it’s official publication - 22 October 2010. ;
The following products are excluded from the list of compulsory certification (HS 2002): 0406; 0405; 1517; 2106; 1517; 1507; 1508; 1509;1510 00; 1511; 1512; 1513; 1514; 1515; 1806; 2002; 2009; 2202; 1601 00; 1602; 1602; 0902; 0903 00 00 00; 0901; 2101. ;
