Étiquetage des denrées alimentaires vendues au consommateur final via les réseaux de distribution en gros et de détail et certains aspects liés à la conception de ces denrées et à la publicité faite à leur égard;  étiquetage des denrées alimentaires emballées qui sont livrées aux restaurants (y compris les établissements préscolaires et scolaires, les établissements médicaux et médicoprophylactiques et les institutions analogues).
Etiquetado de productos alimenticios envasados vendidos al por mayor o al detalle al "consumidor final", así como diversos aspectos de presentación y publicidad para esos productos alimenticios;  etiquetado de productos alimenticios envasados suministrados a restaurantes (incluidos centros preescolares o escolares, instituciones de atención médica y sanitaria y otras instituciones similares)

6. Description de la teneur

The proposed Draft of the Technical Regulation establishes terms and their definitions which are uniformed according to the international practice, as well as unified general list of mandatory items of foodstuff labelling and rules of information submission according to the peculiarities of production, packaging, storage and consumption of certain product groups.
Le projet de règlement technique proposé établit les termes et définitions couramment employés dans la pratique internationale ainsi qu'une liste générale unifiée des indications devant obligatoirement figurer dans l'étiquetage des denrées alimentaires et les règles régissant la présentation des informations relatives à la production, à l'emballage, au stockage et à la consommation de certains groupes de produits.
La propuesta notificada de proyecto de Reglamento técnico establece los términos y sus definiciones, armonizados con la práctica internacional, así como la lista general unificada de los datos obligatorios del etiquetado de los productos alimenticios y las normas de presentación de las informaciones conforme a las particularidades de producción, envasado, almacenamiento y consumo de determinados grupos de productos.

The Draft of Technical Regulation meets the requirements of the European Parliament and the European Council Directive 2000/13/EC of 20 March 2000 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the labelling, presentation andadvertising of foodstuffs; ;

Technical Regulation on the rules relating to the labelling of foodstuff, notified as G/TBT/N/UKR/52, was approved by the Order of The State Committee for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy (DSSU) of Ukraine ¹ 487 of 28 October 2010. ;

Date of entry into force of the Technical Regulation - 25.02.2011 ;
Date of official publication – Official bulletin of Ukraine, ¹ 12 of 25.02.2011 ;

As the result of application of the Technical Regulation the paragraph three of the Order was amended since 09.12.2011 (Order of the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine of 23 November 2011 ¹ 243, published in Official bulletin of Ukraine, ¹ 93 of 09.12.2011). ;
According to the new wording: Entities can use packaging materials and labels, which are not in compliance with the requirements of this Technical Regulation, within 18 (instead of 9 in previous version) months from the date of its enactment; Foodstuff’s packaging materials and labels which are not in compliance with the requirements of this Technical Regulation, placed on the market no later than 18 (instead of 9 in previous version) months from the enactment of the Technical Regulation, will remain in circulation in Ukraine until the expiry date of such products. ;

Draft Order of the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine “On amending the Order of the State Committee for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy (DSSU) of Ukraine ¹ 487 of 28 October 2010” is developed in order to bring the Technical Regulation on the rules relating to the labelling of foodstuff in conformity with the requirements of: ;
1) Directive 2000/13/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 March 2000 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the labelling, presentation and advertising of foodstuffs (taking into consideration amendments made by the Regulation (EC) No 1332/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on food enzymes, the Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of 16 December 2008 on flavourings and certain food ingredients with flavouring properties for use in and on foods, addendum V to the Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on food additives and article 2 Commission Directive 2002/67/EC of 18 July 2002 on the labelling of foodstuffs containing quinine, and of foodstuffs containing caffeine) concerning: ;
;
requirements for labelling the names of flavorings in the list of ingredients in foodstuff; ;
peculiarities of enzymes indication in the list of ingredients of foodstuff; ;
information that is indicated in the list of foodstuff that contain certain dyes; ;
information on the contain of caffeine in the labeling of beverages; ;
list, scope and interpretation of information necessarily to be included in the labeling of foodstuff ;
;
2) national legislation and normative acts on the labelling of foodstuff concerning: ;
;
exclusion of requirements for labeling of alcoholic beverages from the Technical Regulations; ;
indication of quantity of packaged foodstuff in labeling; ;
indication of the name of foodstuff; ;
indication of information in the date for validity of foodstuff; ;
determination of the ingredients which in the list of food ingredients can be labelled by the class name of ingredients instead of their special names. ;
