Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply – MAPA, Brazil, following a period of public comments as notified on G/TBT/N/BRA/948, has issued the Technical Regulation no. 92, 18 September 2020, published in the Official Gazette No. 182 on 22 August 2020, to set the identity and minimum quality requirements for beef jerky, cured and dried salted meat and dried salted offal.
The Technical Regulation no. 92 enters into force on 01 October 2020.
