392 – Technical Quality Regulation and the Conformity Assessment Requirements for Gas Lighters – Consolidated.
394 - Compliance Assessment Requirements for Disposable Plastic Cups - Consolidated.
396 - Compliance Assessment Requirements for High Visibility Safety Vests - Consolidated.
These Ordinances revoke the items VI, XIII, XXVII of art. 18, I and IX of art. 19 of Inmetro Ordinance No. 258, 6 August 2020, published in the Federal Official Gazette on 7 August 2020, section 01, page 25, previously notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/907/Add.1.

Proposes improvements in the criteria and procedures for the registration of products, inputs and services under Inmetro's regulatory scope and which compliance is compulsorily assessed. The registration of products constitutes, in the form of the Law, the act by which Inmetro authorizes, subject to the existence of a Certificate of Compliance, the use of the Compliance Identification Label and the marketing of the product or input or the provision of the service.
It revokes Inmetro Ordinance 512, 11 November 2016.

This addendum aims to inform that the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology – Inmetro, issued that Ordinance no. 258, 6 August 2020, that approves the improvement of the procedures for granting the registration and for the collection of the registration fee by Inmetro, revoking the Ordinance No. 512, 7 November 2019, previously notified under G/TBT/N/BRA/907.
This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Brazilian Official Gazette.
National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology – Inmetro, issued the following Inmetro Ordinance:
33 – Approves the Technical Regulation for catalytic converters intended for replacement is approved, in the form of the Conformity Assessment Requirements and the Specifications for the Conformity Identification Seal, set, respectively, in Annexes I and II - Consolidated.
The Ordinance revokes the item XII of art. 18 and item V of art. 19 of Inmetro Ordinance No. 258, 6 August 2020, published in the Federal Official Gazette on 7 August 2020, section 1, page 25.

National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology - Inmetro, issued the following Ordinance 139, 19 March 2021 that:
Approves the consolidation of regulation for bars and wire of steel for armor for Reinforced Concrete Structures, in the form of the conformity assessment requirements and the specifications for the conformity identification seal, established, respectively, in Annexes I and II.
