Regulations Governing the Labeling of Small Prepackaged Food (Reglamento relativo al Etiquetado de Pequeños Productos Alimenticios Preenvasados)
The Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu would like to notify that the "Regulations Governing the Labeling of Small Prepackaged Food," as per G/TBT/N/TPKM/450 on 7 January 2021 and G/TBT/N/TPKM/450/Add.1 on 20 May 2021, was promulgated on 1 September 2021 and came to effect on the same day. 
El Territorio Aduanero Distinto de Taiwán, Penghu, Kinmen y Matsu hace saber que Reglamento relativo al Etiquetado de Pequeños Productos Alimenticios Preenvasados, notificado en los documentos G/TBT/N/TPKM/450, de 7 de enero de 2021, y G/TBT/N/TPKM/450/Add.1, de 20 de mayo de 2021, se promulgó y entró en vigor el 1 de septiembre de 2021.

6. Description de la teneur

Based on the provisions of Article 23 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation, the Ministry of Health and Welfare proposes to announce the labeling requirement for prepackaged food where the largest surface area is less than 10 cm2, and being sold in the market, may exempt part of the labeling that required by the Article 22 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation. 

Sur la base des dispositions de l'article 23 de la Loi sur l'innocuité et l'hygiène des aliments, le Ministère de la santé et des affaires sociales propose d'établir une prescription d'étiquetage pour les aliments préemballés dont la plus grande surface est inférieure à 10 cm2 et qui sont vendus sur le marché; cette prescription peut exempter d'une partie de l'étiquetage requis par l'article 22 de la Loi sur l'innocuité et l'hygiène des aliments.
En virtud de las disposiciones del artículo 23 de la Ley de Inocuidad e Higiene de los Alimentos, el Ministerio de Salud y Bienestar propone que se anuncie la prescripción de etiquetado para los alimentos preenvasados en los que la superficie mayor sea inferior a 10 cm2, y que la venta en el mercado podrá eximir parte del etiquetado conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 22 de dicha Ley.

The Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu would like to inform that the "Draft Regulations Governing the Labeling of Small Prepackaged Food," as per G/TBT/N/TPKM/450 on 7 January 2021, was amended in response to comments received from other members. The main revisions are in Article II regarding the definition of small package food and the labelling method.

Le Territoire douanier distinct de Taïwan, Penghu, Kinmen et Matsu informe que le projet de Règlement régissant l'étiquetage des petits aliments préemballés notifié dans le document G/TBT/N/TPKM/450 daté du 7 janvier 2021 a été modifié en réponse aux observations reçues d'autres membres. Les principales modifications concernent l'article II relatif à la définition des petits produits alimentaires emballés et à la méthode d'étiquetage.

El Territorio Aduanero Distinto de Taiwán, Penghu, Kinmen y Matsu informa de que el "Proyecto de Reglamento relativo al etiquetado de pequeños productos alimenticios preenvasados", que había notificado en el documento G/TBT/N/TPKM/450 el 7 de enero de 2021, fue modificado a raíz de las observaciones presentadas por otros Miembros. Se ha revisado principalmente el artículo II en relación con la definición de pequeños productos alimenticios preenvasados y el método de etiquetado.
