6. Description de la teneur

This Tanzania Standard prescribes the requirements, methods of sampling and test for fresh cabbages, Brassica oleracea (L.), variety capitata intended for human consumption.

La norme tanzanienne notifiée établit les exigences et les méthodes d'échantillonnage et d'essai applicables aux carcasses et aux choux à l'état frais, Brassica oleracea (L.), de la variété capitata, destinés à la consommation humaine.
En la Norma de Tanzanía notificada se establecen los requisitos y los métodos de muestreo y de prueba aplicables a la col fresca (Brassica oleracea L., var. capitata) destinada al consumo humano.
